Standard Agents shall pay all services in advance online through TRACVIRUS system or SafeTravelPass Malaysia system, both accessible on https://safetracescape.com; or walk-in to any of our Panel Health Centers (Clinics) or SAFETRAC Lounge & Wellness Centers. Exclusive Agents payment terms are subject to credit review on case to case basis, available to selective Tourism Authority and Business Association members only (i.e. Langkawi Tourism Association). Standard Agents are not exclusive and shall entitle to standard 3%-10% sales commission as per latest Rate Card; Exclusive Agents are binding to 12 months contract autorenewal every 12 months, under 6 month moratorium for non-competition, and non-disclosure clause, and shall entitle to extra 2% bonus on all sales. Agents are allowed to display "TRACVIRUS" authorised dealer bunting, logo and promotional material, purchase from our authorised business representatives or support centers.
